Orders & payment
An order is confirmed once payment is authorised. We may cancel and refund an order if an item is unavailable or the order can’t be fulfilled.
Pre-orders & scheduling
Scheduled and pre-orders are prepared for the time slot you select; the kitchen may adjust timing during busy periods.
Liability
To the extent permitted by law, our liability is limited to the value of the affected order.
